成大積極推動跨領域研究，並透過國際合作拓展研究能量：

跨域研究推展

• 「永續躍升計畫(萌芽案、拔尖案)」與「永續人文與科技校園場域驗證計畫」，聚焦永續發展議題，鼓勵跨領域團隊協作。

• 「大南方科研平台」與「工研院共研合作計畫」 推動跨校跨領域的研究整合。

• 「新創加速中心」協助跨領域團隊資源與支持，包含新創課程、新創活動及新創資源(如新創圓夢計畫)。

• 「企業共研中心」整合校內跨領域研究能量，促進與企業之共同研究與技術合作，支持跨領域研發專案之推動與執行。 

研究鼓勵措施

• 「彈性薪資暨研究獎勵」、「發表國際頂尖期刊獎勵」及「出版學術期刊獎勵」，鼓勵學者發表跨領域研究成果。

• 「執行國科會補助研究獎勵」、「卓越學術研究補助」、「博士後研究員研究津貼補助」及「學術研究鼓勵」，支持學者拓展跨領域研究計畫。

• 推動「跨機構合作研究計畫」與「國際合著專書補助計畫」，促進學術資源共享與跨單位、跨領域及跨國合作。

• 「產學合作成果特優教師獎勵」與「研究輔導計畫補助及獎勵」，鼓勵教師將學術研究轉化為實際應用，促進創新跨領領域發展。

國際交流合作

• 「國際躍升計畫」、「教師職涯發展計畫」、「世界大學聯盟-研究國際移動力計畫」及與美國普渡大學合作的「研究國際移動力計畫」，推動跨領域資源整合與創新研究。

• 「邀請國外學者訪問補助」與「出席國際會議補助」，促進跨領域國際學術交流與合作。

全球網絡鏈結

•  參與「臺灣與東南亞暨南亞大學校長論壇」，設立據點如「德國達姆工業大學亞洲辦公室」與「海外基地-馬來西亞、越南、泰國」，拓展國際合作網絡，強化全球跨領域連結。

NCKU actively promotes interdisciplinary research and international partnerships:

Interdisciplinary Research Expansion

• “Sustainability Advancement Project (Frontier & Research Projects)” and “Sustainable Humanities and Technology Campus Field Validation Project” focuses on sustainable development through collaborative research.

• “GLORIA SOUTH” and “NCKU-ITRI Key Areas Collaboration Project” facilitates cross-institutional and interdisciplinary research integration.

• “Startup Accelerator” supports interdisciplinary teams by providing resources, including innovation courses, activities, and resources such as the “From Idea To Prototype”.

• “Industry-Academia Collaborative Research Centers” integrate interdisciplinary research capacities across the university to facilitate joint research and technology collaboration with industry, supporting the development and implementation of interdisciplinary R&D projects. 

Research Incentive Measures

• “Merit Pay and Research Reward Program”, “Publishing Papers in International Cutting-edge Journals” and “Publishing Academic Journals” encourage scholars to publish interdisciplinary research findings.

• “Governing the National Science and Technology Council for College and University Research Rewarding”, “Excellence in Academic Research Subsidies”, “Subsidizing Postdoctoral Researchers” and “Encouraging Academic Research” assist scholars in expanding interdisciplinary research projects.

• Promote “Inter-Institutional Collaborative Research Program” and “International Co-authored Books Grant Program”, strengthening academic resource sharing and expanding cross-institutional, interdisciplinary, and international partnerships.

• “Teaching Excellence Award for Achievement in Industry-University Cooperation” and “Subsidy and Reward for Research Counselling Program” encourage faculty to translate academic research into practical applications, driving innovative interdisciplinary development.

Global Partnerships and Collaboration

• “Global Advancement Program”, the “NCKU Career Development Grant for Faculty”, the “World University Network-Research Mobility Programme”, and the “Research Mobility Programme at Purdue University” drive interdisciplinary resource integration and innovative research.

• “International Scholar Visit Subsidies” and “Grants for Attending International Conferences” enhance interdisciplinary international academic exchange and collaboration.

Global Network Connections

• Participation in the “Southeast and South Asia and Taiwan Universities” program, establish offices such as the “Technische Universität Darmstadt Asia Office” and “NCKU Overseas Hubs-Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam”, expand the international collaboration network, and strengthen global interdisciplinary connections.

跨域學習與創新

• 成立「第十學院」，促進創新教育的推動，搭建跨學科交流平台。

• 設立「全校不分系學士學位學程」與「全校永續跨域國際碩士學位學程」，鼓勵學生培養跨學科思維與廣泛知識基礎。

多元探索彈性學習與學制

• 透過「跨領域學分學程」，培養學生跨領域學習技能、多元思維及整合能力，拓展其職涯發展的可能性推動。

• 「自主探索學分」、「模組化課程」與「專業微學程 1」，賦予學生自主規劃學習路徑的彈性。

• 鼓勵學生修讀雙主修與輔系，每年約有千人參與 2，強化多元技能，提升職場競爭力。

• 推動雙學士與校學士跨域學習制度，培養學生跨領域能力，提升其因應產業變動之適應力。 

國際學習與交流

• 提供「參與國際競賽活動經費補助」、「海外國際短期志工服務學習補助」與「跨國雙向研修獎助學金補助」，鼓勵學生參與國際跨域活動與研修。

培育人才

• 設立「辰星學者培育獎學金」、「博士生國科會研究獎學金」、「培育優秀博士生獎學金 3, 4」及「博士生跨校研究獎勵」，吸引和培養優秀人才，促進跨域合作。

International Competitions and Learning

• "Financial Support for Participation in International Competitions", "Overseas Short-Term Volunteer Service Learning Grant" and “Transnational Study & Research Scholarship Grants” encourage students to engage in international activities and research exchanges.

Talent Development

• ”NOVA Scholarship”, ”Scholarship for Directions of NSTC Doctoral Research”, “Outstanding Doctoral Students Cultivation Scholarship 3, 4 ”, and “Inter-University Research Incentives for Doctoral Students” attract and nurture outstanding talent while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration.
